All participants receive a free Kids on the Move t-shirt.
Volunteers are needed to assist the Montgomery Township Health Department (MTHD)with the Kids on the Move Program at Lower Middle School (LMS).

Description: The Kids on the Move Program is a fun after school program for 5th and 6th graders at LMS.
As a volunteer, students will have the opportunity to participate in various activities throughout the month as part of this truly unique experience.
Involvement may include:
• Working alongside two health and fitness instructors
• Taking attendance at the beginning of each session
• Checking in with participants
• Providing encouragement and guidance to participants
Skills you can acquire through volunteering:
Leadership skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving and adaptability
