Guide to Immunization Toolkit

The Community Preventive Services Task Force (CPSTF) recommends vaccination requirements for child care, school, and college attendance to increase vaccination rates and decrease rates of vaccine-preventable disease.

The steps outlined in the toolkit linked below will help keep students’ immunization records up-to-date and make required annual immunization reports easier to submit. This toolkit is specifically for New Jersey schools. The information contained within this toolkit is intended to assist both medical and non-medical staff at schools in establishing immunization record keeping and documentation workflow processes, or modifying existing processes.
