Kids Marathon and Fun Run

Penn Medicine Princeton Health is Making Fitness Fun.  Get moving, get healthy, and most of all get the whole family together for fun and fitness.  Join us for the 10th Annual Kids Marathon to be held at ETS in Princeton, on Saturday, June 24, at 10 am.

Start planning now to take part in the Kids Marathon, hosted by Penn Medicine Princeton Health Community Wellness.  In the weeks leading up to the Kids Marathon, participants complete 25 miles in everything from sports activities to walking to school.  Everything counts toward the finish line!  All participants gather at ETS to finish the last 1.2 miles of the marathon.

More than 500 children are expected to participate in the event, which has one clear goal in mind: making fitness fun for area children from pre-school through eighth grade, while raising awareness about healthy living.

The marathon preparation promotes good health and helps young participants incorporate exercise into their daily routines.  At every milestone mile (5-10-13.1-20-25) participants are given incentives.  On race day, participants will receive a T-shirt, drawstring duffle bag and more.

Participants can join now, and start preparing for the race.  To register, or for additional information, including tracking forms, visit:  Registration is $25 per child.  Proceeds support Penn Medicine Princeton Health’s programs to promote wellness and prevent obesity and chronic disease in children.  We encourage all children to participate.  If cost is a factor, scholarship opportunities are available.

Represent your school as a team.  Enjoy race day celebrations including kids’ crafts, vendors, refreshments, cheering crowds, music and more.
